Garlic Crusted Salmon
A simple dish with ample flavor. Ingredients4 1/2 lb salmon fillets 2 tablespoons Olinda Ridge extra virgin olive oil6-8 garlic cloves, finely minced 4 teaspoons lemon juice salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste PreparationCoat salmon fillets with Olinda Ridge olive oil. Pour 1 teaspoon of lemon juice on each fillet. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Coat top of each filet with finely chopped fresh garlic. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Serves 4 |
